Profile management
Edit your profile from your account settings. You can update your name, profile picture, bio, and location at any time. Your profile is visible to anyone who visits your crann.ai page.
Password reset
If you forget your password, visit the forgot password page and enter your email. We'll send you a secure reset link that expires after 1 hour. For security, reset tokens are one-time use and previous tokens are invalidated when you request a new one.
Sign-in methods
You can sign in with your email and password, or use OAuth providers like Google and GitHub. If you signed up with OAuth, you won't have a password set — you'll always sign in through the provider you used to create your account.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from your account settings. This will remove your public profile, leaves, and content. Account deletion is processed as a soft-delete, allowing a grace period before permanent removal.
Data & privacy
Your data is protected with encrypted connections and hashed passwords. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
