Connections

Connecting with users

When you connect with another user, their activity appears in your network feed. Visit their profile and click the connect button to send a request.

Connection requests show a clear “Requested” state so you know it has been sent. You can cancel a pending request at any time by hovering over the Requested button. You will receive a notification and toast confirmation when your request is accepted.

Connections are not automatically mutual — if someone connects with you, you won't automatically follow them back. You can choose to connect in return if you want to see their activity in your feed.

Following leaves

You can follow individual leaves to get updates when new posts or pages are published. Visit any leaf and click the follow button to subscribe. This is useful when you're interested in a specific topic rather than all of a user's content.

Managing connections

View and manage all your connections from the Connections page in your dashboard. Here you can see who you follow, who follows you, and your leaf follows. You can unfollow users or leaves at any time.

Your activity feed

Your dashboard shows an activity feed with updates from users and leaves you follow. This includes new posts, pages, events, and other activity from your network. The feed is personalised based on your connections.

Discovering people

Use the Explore page to discover new users and leaves. Search by name, topic, or keyword to find people and content that interests you.
